How do I track my order?

On the day of shipping you receive a Chronopost tracking number by email. Your order also appears in your customer account.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it has not shipped: write as soon as possible to contact@henridejeant.com. A piece made to your specifications can no longer be changed once work has begun.

What are the lead times?

A piece in stock ships within 24 to 48 working hours. A made-to-order lamp takes 2 to 3 weeks; an Amba or a Petipié table, 3 to 5 weeks. For a colour on request or a bespoke piece, the lead time is agreed with you; a new piece can take up to three months.

Is delivery free?

In France, yes, to a Chronopost pickup point, for parcels up to 20 kg. Home delivery, Europe and the rest of the world are charged according to destination and weight, and the amount is shown before payment. The Amba lamps and the Petipié coffee table travel on a pallet only: €200 in France, €400 to neighbouring countries, €1,200 to other countries, or collection from the workshop.

Do you ship abroad?

The countries open to online ordering are offered at the “Delivery” step. For any other country, write to contact@henridejeant.com and you will receive a shipping quote.

My parcel arrived damaged. What should I do?

Describe the damage precisely on the delivery note, then email contact@henridejeant.com within three days with photos of the box and the piece. The piece is replaced or refunded. Details are on the Delivery and returns page.

Can I return a piece?

Yes, within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason; return costs are yours to pay. Pieces made to your specifications (colour on request, bespoke) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Is another colour or size possible?

Yes. Any colour can be prepared on request, including one of your own, and some pieces come in other sizes. Write to contact@henridejeant.com or use the contact form and you will receive a quotation.

Are the lamps sturdy?

Yes. The paper fibres reinforce the plaster: the material takes a light knock where plaster alone would crack. Like any handmade object, a lamp may not survive a fall, but it needs no special care in handling. A small chip can be repaired at the workshop.

How much do the pieces weigh?

More than you would expect from paper, because of the plaster: Invider Sista and Kokiy 1.5 kg, Invider Bro 2 kg, Invider Paps 3 kg, Invider Mom 3.5 kg, the Splitt wall light 750 g, the Splitt pendant and portable lamp 1.5 kg, the Petipié coffee table 30 kg. For the Amba lamps, the weight depends on the height and is given on request.

Which bulb should I use, and is it included?

LED bulbs only. Sista, Mom and Kokiy (G9 socket) come with their LED bulb, 10 W maximum. Bro and Paps (E27 socket) take an LED of up to 10 W. The Splitt pieces (pendant, wall light, portable lamp) come without a bulb: E14 socket, LED 10 W maximum. The Amba lamps take an E27 LED of up to 20 W; a connected bulb and dimmer are available as options. Each model’s socket is listed on its page. The lamps are made for indoor use, in dry rooms. Are the pieces eco-friendly?

They are made from salvaged newspapers ground near Béziers, plaster made in France, a plant-based glue and mineral pigments, then finished with beeswax or, for furniture, a water-based varnish certified with the EU Ecolabel. No resin, no plastic. Every piece is shaped by hand in the workshop, where a small chip can be repaired.

Where can I see the pieces in person?

At the shops that carry them, in France and abroad. The workshop in Béziers is not open to the public, but can be visited by appointment.

Do you sell to the trade?

Yes: shops, architects, interior designers and hotels. Trade terms and prices are sent on request to contact@henridejeant.com.

What is the eco-contribution?

It is a contribution that funds the collection and recycling of lighting and furniture at the end of their life. It is included in the displayed price.
