How do I track my order?
On the day of shipping you receive a Chronopost tracking number by email. Your order also appears in your customer account.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not shipped: write as soon as possible to contact@henridejeant.com. A piece made to your specifications can no longer be changed once work has begun.
What are the lead times?
A piece in stock ships within 24 to 48 working hours. A made-to-order piece takes 2 to 3 weeks. For a colour on request or a bespoke piece, the lead time is agreed with you; a new piece can take up to three months.
Do you ship abroad?
The countries open to online ordering are offered at the “Delivery” step. For any other country, write to contact@henridejeant.com and you will receive a shipping quote.
My parcel arrived damaged. What should I do?
Write precise reservations on the delivery slip, then email contact@henridejeant.com within three days with photos of the box and the piece. The piece is replaced or refunded. Details are on the Delivery and returns page.
Can I return a piece?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason; return costs are yours to pay. Pieces made to your specifications (colour on request, bespoke) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Is another colour or size possible?
Yes. Any colour can be prepared on request, including one of your own, and some pieces come in other sizes. Write to contact@henridejeant.com or use the contact form and you will receive a quotation.
Which bulb should I use?
LED bulbs only: 10 W maximum, 20 W for the Amba. Each model’s socket is listed on its page. The lamps are made for indoor use in dry rooms. See also the Care page.
Where can I see the pieces in person?
At the shops that carry them, in France and abroad. The workshop in Béziers is not open to the public, but can be visited by appointment.
Do you sell to the trade?
Yes: shops, architects, interior designers and hotels. Trade terms and prices are sent on request to contact@henridejeant.com.
What is the eco-contribution?
It is a contribution that funds the collection and recycling of lighting and furniture at the end of their life. It is included in the displayed price.
