A piece in MoldingPulp needs very little care.

Dust

Blow it off, or run a soft brush into the hollows. The waxed surface does not hold dust.

Cleaning

For a mark or a spilt glass: a soft cotton cloth, damp and well wrung. No household cleaner, no solvent. Wipe, then let it dry.

Where to put it

The lamps are rated IP21: indoors, in dry rooms. Avoid outdoors, an unventilated bathroom and the top of a radiator.

The bulb

LED only: 10 W maximum, 20 W for the Amba. No halogen. Each model’s socket is listed on its page.

The coffee table

The Petipié is protected with a water-based varnish certified with the EU Ecolabel. Clean it like any piece of furniture: a damp cloth is enough, and coffee or wine leave no mark.

Over time

The colour stays the same; a patina forms, as with any natural material. A small chip can be touched up: write in with the model name and, if possible, a photo.

On delivery

Carry a lamp by its base. On receipt, check the parcel in front of the courier and report any damage to them: this allows a claim against the carrier, and a damaged piece is replaced.
