The forms of the pieces, the drawings, photographs and texts on this site belong to Henri Dejeant or to their authors. No reproduction, even partial, is allowed without written consent.

Personal data

The data controller is Henri Dejeant, who can be reached at contact@henridejeant.com.

  • Orders and customer account: name, addresses, email and phone number are used to process and deliver the order and for after-sales service. They are passed to the carrier and the payment provider for that purpose only. Invoices are kept for ten years, as the law requires.
  • Newsletter: your email is used only with your consent, and every mailing lets you unsubscribe. It is deleted three years after your last contact.
  • Messages: requests sent through the contact form or by email are kept for as long as it takes to answer them and follow up.

Card details are handled by the payment provider; the seller never has access to them.

You may access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or ask for it in a portable format by writing to contact@henridejeant.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

A cookie is a small file stored on your device while you browse. This site uses two kinds, and only one of them asks for your consent.

Necessary cookies keep the shop working. They remember the contents of your basket, the display language, your customer account session, and the choice you make on the cookie banner. At checkout, the payment provider also sets security cookies used to detect fraud. These cookies do not require your consent: without them, no order could be completed.

Audience measurement cookies count visits and pages viewed, so that we understand what interests visitors and improve the site. They are provided by Google Analytics and are only set once you have agreed. Until you accept, nothing is measured and no data is sent.

No advertising cookies are used on this site. Your browsing is never sold, passed on to advertisers, or used to show you adverts elsewhere.

The durations are as follows: your stated choice is kept for six months, necessary cookies last for the duration of your visit, except payment security cookies which may last up to one year, and audience measurement cookies for no more than thirteen months.
