The forms of the pieces, the drawings, photographs and texts on this site belong to Henri Dejeant or to their authors. No reproduction, even partial, is allowed without written consent.

Personal data

Unfinished orders: if you leave pieces in your basket without ordering, a single reminder email may be sent to you the next day. It includes a link to stop receiving them.

The data controller is Henri Dejeant, who can be reached at contact@henridejeant.com.

  • Orders and customer account: name, addresses, email and phone number are used to process and deliver the order and for after-sales service. They are passed to the carrier and the payment provider for that purpose only. Invoices are kept for ten years, as the law requires.
  • Newsletter: your email is used only with your consent, and every mailing lets you unsubscribe. It is deleted three years after your last contact.
  • Messages: requests sent through the contact form or by email are kept for as long as it takes to answer them and follow up.
  • Google Customer Reviews: after an order, a Google window may offer to collect your feedback on your purchase. To display it, Google receives your email address, the order number, the delivery country and the estimated delivery date. Google only contacts you if you accept, and handles this information under its privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Card details are handled by the payment provider; the seller never has access to them.

You may access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or ask for it in a portable format by writing to contact@henridejeant.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

A cookie is a small file stored on your device while you browse. This site uses three kinds, and two of them ask for your consent.

Necessary cookies keep the shop working. They remember the contents of your basket, the display language, your customer account session, and the choice you make on the cookie banner. At checkout, the payment provider also sets security cookies used to detect fraud. These cookies do not require your consent: without them, no order could be completed.

Audience measurement cookies count visits and pages viewed, so that we understand what interests visitors and improve the site. They are provided by Google Analytics and are only set once you have agreed. Until you accept, nothing is measured and no data is sent.

Advertising cookies tell the workshop which of its adverts, on Instagram, Facebook or Pinterest, led to a visit or an order, and let it show its pieces to people who have already visited the site. They are provided by Meta (Meta pixel), Pinterest (Pinterest tag) and Google, and are only set once you have agreed, separately from audience measurement. Your browsing is never sold.

The durations are as follows: your stated choice is kept for six months, necessary cookies last for the duration of your visit, except payment security cookies which may last up to one year, Meta advertising cookies for no more than three months, and audience measurement cookies for no more than thirteen months.

Declining audience measurement changes nothing about your browsing or your order. You can change your mind at any time by reopening the cookie settings panel, or by deleting cookies from your browser settings. To find out more about your rights, see www.cnil.fr.
