Coffee table shaped by hand in France from recycled newspapers, plaster and plant-based glue. One metre long, thirty kilos, rounded edges and a varnish that coffee and wine do not mark.

In detail
A coffee table on little feet, hence its name. One metre long, sixty centimetres wide, forty high, thirty kilos: a table you settle in place rather than move around.
It comes out of a permanent mould, which keeps each one consistent. Its very rounded edges have no sharp corner, a real comfort when children play around it.
Sanded to reveal the grain of the paper, then protected with a water-based varnish certified with the EU Ecolabel: spilt coffee or wine leaves no mark.
Any colour can be made on request.
Kerbside delivery, on a pallet only: €200 in France, €400 to neighbouring countries (Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain), €1,200 to other countries, including Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. Collection from the workshop in Béziers is possible by appointment.

Hand-applied
Applied by hand, layer after layer.
The pulp is pressed into an open mould by hand, in several passes. The thickness is never quite the same from one piece to the next, and the surface keeps the trace of the hand. It is slower, and it is what makes each piece recognisable.
