Returns and Exchanges
Returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Your items should be returned by post to our warehouse only, at the following address:

You must indicate whether you want an exchange or a refund on your delivery note.
To obtain the return slip, please send us an email to contact@henridejeant.com
In the case of an exchange, we invite you to specify the color you wish to obtain. Exchanges are only made on the same items, of different sizes/colors.
Orders placed on our website can be exchanged at the workshop.
RETURN DEADLINES
You have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to return your parts to us for a refund or an exchange.
Returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that returned parts must not have been used or damaged.
The parts must be returned absolutely in their original packaging with the protection necessary for secure transport.
Parts whose label has been detached and are in poor condition cannot be returned.
Atelier Henri Dejeant reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
REIMBURSEMENT TIMES
You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been made. Allow approximately 10 working days upon receipt of your return for us to process your request.
