How do I track my lovely package?
Once your order has been placed, you should receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders, unless otherwise stated, are shipped by Chronopost.
What if I don't receive the correct product?
If you receive a damaged product or another product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours to file a claim.
What are the delivery times ?
The lead time varies depending on the quantity and type of lamps ordered. It usually takes 2 working days for the packaging and shipping of an in-stock product. For non-stock items the production time can take 3 to 4 weeks.
