1. PREAMBLE

2 - PRICE
The current prices of the various products marketed by Atelier Henri Dejeant are indicated in euros and include the current VAT.
The prices of the products do not include shipping costs, their amount is added to the amount of the order if the delivery option is subscribed, otherwise, the price to be paid is only the amount of the order if the customer recovers it within the local time of Atelier Henri Dejeant.
Any order is taken into account only accompanied by its full payment when it is placed.
3 - PAYMENT
Any order placed on www.henridejeant.com can be paid according to the customer's choice, via the following means of payment:
Bank card: by indicating directly in the area provided for this purpose, the card number, its expiry date, as well as the security cryptogram located on the back of the card. The amount is debited in full on the day the order is placed.

4- DELIVERY
The choice of delivery method when placing an order by the customer is free, either by choosing the delivery of his order to the destination of his choice, or by withdrawing his order directly from the Atelier Henri Dejeant workshop.
Several delivery methods are available: home delivery, relay pickup, office (workplace).
Bulky products will be delivered on a pallet. Delivery on a pallet is made at the foot of the building / at the bottom of your home.
5 - SHIPPING COSTS
The delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, he is informed of the amount of these costs before the final validation of his order.
It is up to the recipient to check the shipments on arrival and to make any reservations and complaints that appear justified, or even to refuse the package, if it is likely to have been opened or if it shows obvious signs of deterioration.
Shipping costs are offered for metropolitan France and Belgium
Upon delivery, the Customer must unpack the Product in the presence of the Delivery Person / Courier and check that the Product delivered corresponds to his order and that no damage affects his Product before signing the delivery note. In the event of an anomaly, the Customer must precisely register the nature of his reservations on the delivery note. These reservations must be handwritten, dated, detailed and accompanied by a signature on the delivery slip. The mention “damaged product” is, for example, not sufficiently explicit. The Customer must inform the nature of the damage: scratches, bumps, stains, missing product, etc.
In the event of an error or damage, the Customer must imperatively refuse the Product and send us their reservations within five (5) days by e-mail to bonjour@Atelier Henri Dejeant.fr
Any complaint sent beyond these deadlines cannot be accepted.
If the Customer does not issue any reservations after the carrier, the Product delivered is deemed satisfactory and may not be the subject of any subsequent dispute.
6 - DELIVERY AREA
The possible delivery countries are all countries of the European Union and some countries. Contact us for more information.
Delivery in Corsica: delivery only via Colissimo. The price is indicated on the website, it varies according to the weight of the package.
7 - ADDRESS ERROR
The customer is responsible for the information he has entered on the recipient's address. The contact details entered must be clear, precise and complete. In this case, Atelier Henri Dejeant cannot be held responsible for delays and return deliveries due to an error in the address.
8 - RETURN OF PACKAGES
The return of a package not claimed by the recipient is the responsibility of the customer as part of a second shipment.
9 - DELIVERY TIME
The maximum delivery time is 30 working days (Hamon Law) and depends on the accessibility of the country of destination. The times indicated are determined by "working days" from MONDAY to FRIDAY, excluding public holidays.
10 - MANUFACTURING TIME
The production time of the products varies according to the orders. For some products, a longer period may apply. This can also be the case if a product is out of stock.
11 - RESPONSIBILITY
Atelier Henri Dejeant cannot be held liable for damages of any kind, whether material, immaterial or bodily, which may result from a malfunction or misuse of the products marketed. The same applies to any modification of the products resulting from the suppliers.
The responsibility of the company Atelier Henri Dejeant under the obligations of these General Conditions of Sale cannot be engaged in the event that the non-performance of its obligations is attributable to the act of a third party, even if it is foreseeable, to the fault of the Customer, or the occurrence of an event of force majeure as defined by the French courts or any other event which was not reasonably under the exclusive control of Atelier Henri Dejeant. 12 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the terms of article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a withdrawal period of 30 clear days to exercise his right without having to justify reasons, nor to pay penalties, the costs return are the responsibility of the customer.
Customer must notify www.henridejeant.com for return acceptance.
Please contact customer service to receive a postage label. Under no circumstances should you frank the parcel yourself.
Reimbursement to the customer will be made by check or transfer or by means of payment for the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods by www.Atelier Henri Dejeant.fr, following the exercise of the right of withdrawal. Delivery and return costs will be deducted from the refund of the order.
The product must be unused, free of any marks, scratches or damage and must be returned in its original packaging.
If the products received have defects or are damaged, this must be reported when unpacking the products from their packaging, and before assembling and using them.
For any personalized product order, or from the "CUSTOM" range, the customer cannot request the cancellation or modification of his order.
For any order of more than 6 products of the same model, or more than €1500 including tax, once the manufacture of the product has begun, the customer cannot request the cancellation or modification of his order.
Returns are made only for standard products ordered on the site, and do not apply to custom-made products.
Custom-made products are neither exchangeable nor refundable, in accordance with article L121-20-1 of the consumer code relating to the supply of personalized goods.
13 - FORCE MAJEURE
Neither Party may be held liable vis-à-vis the other for the non-performance or delays in the performance of an obligation of this Contract which would be due to the fact of the other party following the occurrence of a case of force majeure within the time limit within the meaning of article 1148 of the Civil Code.

14 - APPLICABLE LAW AND ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION
14.1 - Applicable law
These General Conditions of Sale and Use of the Services are subject to French law. If the Customer is domiciled and/or of non-French nationality, the latter accepts that the contractual relationship between him and Atelier Henri Dejeant is not governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (United Nations Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods), the application of which is expressly excluded.
14.2 - Data protection
LANGUAGE
The official language of these General Conditions is French. The use of any other language is indicative only. In case of difficulty of interpretation, the Parties will refer only to the French text.
JURISDICTION
Any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation, execution, non-execution of these General Conditions of Sale and Use of the Services governing the relations between the Parties will be submitted to the competent courts under the conditions of common law.
The information collected by the company Atelier Henri Dejeant during a customer order is necessary for the management of the transaction and for this purpose may be communicated in whole or in part to the service providers of the company Atelier Henri Dejeant involved in the execution of the order. . The customer is informed that this same personal data may also be collected by an organization in charge of analyzing orders and combating credit card fraud.
