Shipping your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via Chronopost with a tracking number and delivered with signature. Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage.

Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

It is essential to check the condition of the goods, their integrity and the conformity of your order before signing the delivery receipt which commits you.

Under no circumstances may the carrier evade the verification of the goods

If the deliverer does not want to submit to the obligation to check the goods, protect yourself by marking the precise reserve: "A damaged lamp"

In case of damage:

Upon receipt of the package, in the presence of the driver, you must make reservations on the sign-in slip provided for this purpose. Your reservations must be precise, complete, dated and signed. These should enable us to determine the nature of the damaged goods, the number of objects concerned and the extent of the damage. You must then contact us to report the damage within 24 hours.

Reminder: evasive and unspecified mentions "subject to unpacking", "damage" or "open package" have no legal value.

In case of refusal of verification by the delivery person:

If the delivery person does not want to submit to the right to check the package, your only lever will be to mark the following precise reservation “A DAMAGED LAMP”. This reserve will allow us to have recourse to Chronopost in the event of damage.
